The Valta computer was a very high-tech device that housed cutting edge technology. Martin Bishop stole the computer and hid it in Alameda Yards. He planned to sell it to German terrorist organization the Baden-Liga.

Season 4

APO discovered the location of the Valta and sent in a CIA team to destroy it. They did so, but the team was captured by Bishop. Sydney managed to break them out.
