UCO Host was the host at the UCO conference in São Paulo

As thousands of guests attended the meeting in the conference hall, the UCO host began the 2001 ministerial conference. He then welcomed their guest speaker Dhiren Patel, but he never showed up because he had been knocked out and dragged into an ambulance by Dixon. The host excused himself to go look for him.
