Severn Driscoll was a former resident of the U.K. and is a master forager and military advisor. He had ties with Ineni Hassan and helped get him his new identity.

Sydney was sent to Semba Island so she could find Driscoll and figure out what Hassan's new name was. When she reached the island, she quickly found Driscoll relaxing by the pool and took pictures of him using one of Marshall's gadgets. Afterwards, Sydney approached Driscoll using the alias Victoria King and began to flirt with him. She eventually asked what his room number was, and Driscoll happily told Sydney that he was a resident on the island and stayed in Suite 350. Sydney left Driscoll shortly after he invited her to come stay in his suite.
