Saeed Akhtar was an Indian CIA contact. He was also a good friend of Jack Bristow.
Season 2[]
Vaughn contacted Saeed immediately after Sydney, her mother, and her father arrived in India, telling him to meet at the rendevous point. At night, Sydney and her parents met Saeed near a dark field of trees and he supplied them with the gear they needed to infiltrate Cuvee's compound.
While driving on a dirt road, they were ambushed by a small platoon of Indian rebels, who were all dragged out the jeep and placed on their knees. Although Saeed tried to negotiate with the rebels, the leader ignored his pleas and shot him in the back.
