The boy found an unconscious Sydney underneath a storm drain after she escaped Malik Sawari's bodyguards the night before. He nudged Sydney in the leg repeatedly until she woke up, where he told her she wasn't dead. Sydney asked what time it was in Portuguese and he said it was morning.
