Peggy Lipton (1946-2019) was an actress and former model best known as Julie Barnes in The Mod Squad a
nd as Norma Jennings in Twin Peaks (with Ian Buchanan), she played Olivia Reed, the mother of Lauren Reed and a Covenant Operative in the episodes 3.17 The Frame, 3.18 Unveiled and 3.19 Hourglass.
She Dies on May 11, 2019 at the Age of 72.
