Nestor Serrano is an actor of Puerto Rican descent best known as Islamic Terrorist Navi Araz in the Season 4 of 24 (with Arnold Vosloo, Adam Alexi-Malle, Faran Tahir, Kiran Rao, Glenn Morshower, François Chau and Lina Patel) and as Emilio Loera in Banshee (with Ulrich Thomsen), he played CIA Agent Thomas Raimes in 4.17 A Clean Conscience.
