Amy Tippin was an alias used by Sydney Bristow in the pilot episode while being in Taipei in order to steal a Muller Device's prototype from a lab.
It's actually the name of Will's sister. Sydney borrowed Amy's passport and dyed her hair pink in order to take a plane without being spotted under her real name or her usual SD-6 alias (Kate Jones).
